Return Policy
We Accept Exchanges
We accept customers to apply for exchange within 10 days after receiving packages.
Ship exchange items within 10 days after receiving packages.
We do not accept exchange if:
- the lace has been cut off from the wig;
or B) the hair and package are not in its original conditions;
or C) it's a customized or personalized order.
We Don’t Accept Cancellations
We don’t accept cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your orders.
You may not be responsible for the shipping fee in cases of returns that happen due to responsibilities on our side, e.g., damaged and/or incorrect products.
There shall be no restocking fees for you in events of exchange of a product.
If request(s) of exchange is approved, please do as follow:
- Keep the hair intact and in its original package.
- Do not cut the lace off.
- Send us a waybill number in a case of exchange. Or take a picture of the delivery by you or an authorized person.
- We will only exchange when we receive the package and confirm its condition.
