We gladly accept returns and exchanges
We accept consumers to appply for return or exchange within 14 days (14 days or less) after receiving your package.
Ship items back within : 10 days of delivery.
If the lace has been cut off from the wig, we will not accept return or exchange.
Please keep the hair and package in original condition before you shipped it back.
We don't accept cancellations
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order. The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
We can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders.
Conditions of return:
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
If we have agreed for return, please do as follow:
1. Remember keep the hair intact and keep in original package
2. Do not cut the lace off
3. Remember to send us a waybill number once you send back, or take us a delivered picture if you are using bike/motor.
4. We will only do refund/exchange once we received the package and check everything in good condition.
